Can anyone fill in all the blanks?

EX-PREMIER LEAGUE BOSS 1
Italian agent Pino Pagliara said the manager would like cash put in his Swiss bank account - and the unnamed boss would ask: 'How much, Pino? And will it be the same Swiss bank account?'

EX-PREMIER LEAGUE BOSS 2
'Whiter than white' ex-top flight manager who is accused of taking bungs of £50,000 for buying certain players.

EX-PREMIER LEAGUE BOSS 3
Former boss accused of being sacked for being caught with his 'his fingers in the till' and wanted his bungs handed over in cash-filled plastic carrier bags. E

EX-PREMIER LEAGUE BOSS 4
Household name who managed in the Premier League would ask: 'Yeah, I want the player. Is there a little coffee (code for bung) for me, Pino?'

EX-PREMIER LEAGUE BOSS 5
Former top flight manager who would tell the Italian agent to put cash for him in a special Swiss bank account.

PREMIER LEAGUE BOSS 6
Player turned manager who asked for 'extra money' for buying deals because he claimed he was not paid enough.

EX PREMIER LEAGUE BOSS 7
Unnamed man asked to be 'put on the payroll' in return for buying from certain agents.

PREMIER LEAGUE BOSS 8
Agent Dax Price said unnamed man would cut deals with players saying he would get then £2,000 a week more as long as he got half.

My guesses if true:

Number 1 - Sam Allardyce
Number 2 - Alex Ferguson
Number 3 - Nigel Pearson
Number 4 - Harry Redknapp
Number 6 - Mark Hughes

I was trying to work this out in the pub last night with my mate.

Defo think Mourinho and Pardew would be involved. Pulis is a possibility as well.

Rafa is a good shout. Pearson is a cert given he was suspended from Derby last night, and he was sacked in mysterious circumstances from Leicester

Not sure about Rafa TBH. I'm not starry-eyed about him any more than about any other manager, but he was never part of the LMA club.

I thought Pearson was dumped by Leicester because he fell out with the board when they sold his son, but that business last night looks well dodgy.

Rafa? I'd be surprised. Houllier had a dodgy relationship with certain agents, but again I'd be saddened if he'd crossed the line. Of course, the one issue that has been overlooked thus far is just how reliable a witness is Pino Pagliara. My guess is: not very.

How would it be possible to identify them using those vague descriptions?

Yup has to be asked why would you want to upset the applecart and fall off the gray train for a measly few thousand when there is so much cash involved

Number 8 is Neil Warnock, think that is what Jason Puncheon was alluding to earlier in a Twitter rant

I thought this sting was all done in the past year, am I wrong? So it could only be current EPL managers or ones who managed very recently – not the likes of Houllier or Ferguson.

I'd be fairly sure they were all British, I'll go for..........

Ferguson
Allardyce
Pearson
Redknapp
Pardew
Bruce
Hughes
McClaren

For some reason I don't think Pulis will be involved.

I know a guy, who created fake employees and had the wages paid into his account.
Others who paid their staff overtime they didnt do and split the wages.

They all get caught eventually. Its not really a football issue. Its a greed issue.
Same as politicians dipping the trough of expenses.

I thought Redknapp might have been one of the managers the Telegraph sting operation went after, but then I thought that would be too fucking obvious and pointless

Pulis is up to his fucking neck in dodgy financial dealings and has been for years.

It'll be interesting to see how the clubs concerned react (where the manager is still in post). Fair play to the FA they've acted promptly and appropriately, setting a benchmark for the clubs.

If they want a way to sack him without compensation, they will act promptly and appropriately, as per the benchmark and standards set by the FA.

Otherwise, no chance.

The mad thing is even the top managers - or to be fair, some of them - either just cannot satiate their greed no matter how many millions they earn, or just have agents who can't stop themselves doing commercial deals for their top clients to maximise their earning power.

Take Mourinho. Our ordinary attitude is surely to think, 'Yeah, I'm on £13.8m a year, and I've millions and millions from Abramovich's pay-offs in the past. I can concentrate purely on football...' But Mourinho himself is flipping everywhere: endorsing this and that, doing TV ads for lager, paid by BT to be an 'ambassador,' paid by about four other countries for their TV work, paid by masses of companies to do leadership talks and seminars, making loads of ads for the Asian market, etc etc etc. So very few of them seem satisfied.

Fair enough, I just surmised that the other 8 I listed were more likely as Pulis was a "lower-league journey-man manager) for the majority of his career but I suppose he hopped on the EPL gravy train 8 years ago and is making up for lost time.

Absolutely right. Caught on camera in today's Telegraph:

Three contributions. That'll do for starters, so it will.

Agree totally but I was referring to this Pino Pagliara fella. If he is supposedly in on some of these deals and has precise experience why ever would he endanger his relationship with the venal cunts with so much "gravy" at stake. Reliable witness I don't think so.

Love to see Slur Alex dragged into this and his rep ruined.

I think we can safely assume Kenny is clean; other than him I'm not too bothered if any of our other exes are implicated

Oh, right, sorry. Yes, it makes no sense.
