I like the idea of a cocky player who sets terms they know would mean a bumper season means they'll be getting paid more than the standard terms they'd negotiate.
On a similar note however, it would be interesting to see how these compare to other players' goal bonuses. And whether Mo's agent is renegotiating to get some similarly sized incentives too...
