I highely doubt H&G are able to refinance once again, no one in their right mind would give a loan to these two.

Regarding the potential bid Keith Harris revealed, isn't he contradicting himself a little? Granted he hasn't disclosed the identity of the bidder, but according to him "In any takeover situation, when people resort to announcing it to the media, you have to question the seriousness of the offer". Why did he even mention abt this buyer's existence then? ???
