Not a bad side, providing Torres and Agger are mobile enough to play 90 minutes. That is when the problems start, our bench aint got much quality on it at the moment. And Carra always looks unimpressed when shoved out to FB, I hope he can marshall the back 4 from the right.

That's probably going to be pivotal for the outcome of tonights game.

Torres presence alone injects a lot of confidence into his not-so-high-flying-teammates it seems, and we probably need a fit and well-playing Agger to keep things quiet at the back.

It really is a "rock and a hard place" choice between Babel and Voronin.
I never thought there would come a day but I think I would go with Voronin.

If memory serves me right he played a lot in the wide left position before coming to us initially so I might be tempted to put him there. He might be better in the withdrawn striker role (does he actually have a "best"role?) but Yosi is significently better in that role and in fact if Voronin works back a bit he might just offer more robust cover to Insua down the left side.

P.S. I think this Vorobel player might be pretty decent, loads of pace, great shot with a half decent footballing brain. Shame about the dreadlocks.
 
Voronin. We need to actually keep the ball tonight, not kick into a blind alley and chase as fast as your legs will go, then slipping over to concede a throw in.
As much as it hurts to say it, Voronin.

Sorry Vlads, if its Babel you're talking about then I would say he's been a fucking letdown.

He would not change my opinion even if he scored a hat trick today.
 
And Yossi on the left, where he would be starting if Voronin does play, also fails to hold the hand of Insua.

Rock and a hard place really.
 
I can't believe we are debating whether Babel or Voronin should start.

Ideally it should have been which one of these two should take the last spot on the bench.

The one decent goal he's ever scored for us was in France, against Toulouse. Here's hoping that inspires him, if he does get the nod.
