Taking my MOTM data to the moon!!!!!

I’m positive one of you guys (or gals) on here can help me.

My man of the match record keeping is a basic google sheets with some simple formulas to help calculate the scores. Basically I have a template with the squad listed in column A, which I duplicate for each game and rename. Then keep adding a digit for every 1st/2nd/3rd place vote and I get the calculation in column D.

Player1st2nd3rdScore
Salah
13
6
2
85
Gravenbech
5
11
3
61
Alexander-Arnold
3
3
3
27

I then insert each overall top 3 to another tab to calculate the player of the season which produces the table I post every now and then.

I want to up-skill myself and make something a little more advance. It’ll have little use to anyone just trying to learn something new.

I know it won’t be easy for a newbie and will build its capabilities the more I advance. I want to be able to make inserting the votes easier, simply clicking/pressing an icon instead of adding digits to columns, auto populate the POTS table and instruct quick data analysis (PL/CL/FAC/LC games, subs/starters, etc). If I can get my head round it I may even add which posters make votes for each game and who they voted. I’d then be able to say Dreamy you voted for Salah 98% of the time.

I wouldn’t have a clue where to start. So what should I be looking to use and what tutorials should I watch?
