Suso - Our most promising player

Fantastic to see. And well done to Borrell for really working hard with him last season to build his confidence back after an iffy period.

Suso signed for Liverpool in the summer of 2010 from his hometown club Cadiz, rejecting Barcalona and Real Madrid in the process, saying "I was going to sign for Real Madrid but one day before it the phone rang and Rafael Benitez spoke to me. He convinced me that Liverpool was the club for me and after that I had to change my plans. I was going to come to Liverpool."

“Before I made the choice to move to England I thought to myself that joining Liverpool and Benítez was a once in a lifetime opportunity.”

“I felt that if I kept improving throughout my career I would have the opportunity to play for a big Spanish team but the Liverpool offer might have never come around again. Going to play football in another country and learning English was something I wanted to do and I am glad I did; I love England.”

That's the way football should be played.

The boy's gona be a genius in 3 years.

I don't think he really needs to bulk up. He looks bigger than Modric and Silva, two of the best players in the league.

I agree. His balance, like those two, is astoundingly good which more than makes up for build.

his tweet sounds like a boy very pissed off. i think he will leave the club.

If you could add 'emotion' to the tweet, I'd go along with you ... I just hope it's not this, and that we're looking for a big lead on Thursday and giving him a game in the 2nd leg.

And that's the edited tweet, his first one was "back in Liverpool... back on Tuesday with the reserves... Nothing changes". I'm starting to think that the very thoughtful Rodgers thoughts are a little bit thick. Even modo can see his team are no better than 0-0 and crying out for creative players.

Where did you see this Dantes? If he wrote this and he doesn't get more playing time this year, we'll lose him for nothing ...

The lad will succeed wherever he goes and we'd be mad not to get him on a long contract and have him in the squad.
Especially baffling when Aquaman's supposedly off.
Did he not follow instructions during the friendly?
