I don't understand FBRef because when I look at other players on there they have the same kinda defensive numbers as Timber above but the graph is way more on the green side than red if that makes sense.

Not sure how big a role he played while he was at Werder Bremen from 2006-2019 as scout and later Head of Scouting and Executive Assistant but the young signings they made during his time there were quite impressive (for a then mid-table side - except finishing 3rd once).
