The whole idea of the poll is hopelessly incoherent. Players who 'shook' the Kop? How the heck is THAT defined? And there's something very fishy about the list - I mean, who voted for Alex Raisbeck (in like a bullet at 49)? Or Ephraim Longworth at 68?? It's wildly skewed towards players the under 25s can remember, yet there are also real obscurities in there. I think even LFCTV are a bit sheepish about how manipulative the whole thing has been. Hopefully - now that they've finally got the result they wanted - that'll be the end of it.

I obviously watch more games on TV than I go to since I'm from Ireland (I do go to at least couple each season though as people on here will testify), but while there are certain things you may pick up on moreso at the ground, I don't think that you'll pick up a massive amount more as you're often caught up in the atmosphere of the game. There are knowledgable football fans who don't get to go to the games too and there are also mostly like a minority clueless people who go to games. To paint non-goers as know nothings and instantly of lesser knowledge than regular match goers without any proof or evidence, is just super fan arrogance.
