I feel like I'm getting stupider.
I know that's not surprising, and most people who have met me will probably think it's hard to tell. Anyhoo.
I think since I left uni and my first graduate job where I was using a lot of maths and engineering, I haven't used much or anything since. In my current role I'm starting to feel like I need my brain to do a little more legwork. It's all project management and marketing which I can do, but I also need to work with machines and some food chemistry to take on more responsibility.
Are there any things you do to keep yourself feeling smart in a way you keep up with regularly? I was always skeptical of those brain training things I saw on games as a kid, but I'm wondering if there are good versions of those.
