Not sure with regards Lucas being suspended or not.
What about Agger, is he fit to play?
If so i'd imagine he will come in for the Greek. Maybe Aurelio to left back in place of Insua and start Maxi at left mid?

Whoever we put out, the reality is that Spurs currently have much better players than us and they're playing like more of a team than we are. If we don't lose this, I will be very surprised.
We will win this match, we have owed these cunts a thrashing ever since the first day of the season when they got the better of us.

A Maxi - Aquilani - Riera midfield, given their lack of recent football, would be soft as shit and easily overrun. We don't have a huge array of options, I know, but that seems like an unrealistic pick to me.
