So who's unavailable then?

Is Lucas suspendered? If so that's a loss, cos Palacios will stomp all over the top of Aquilani.

No Gerrard, Glenjo, Torres, Benayoun. Any word of Riera being fit? Bar Lucas, it's pretty much the same eleven that played on the weekend isn't it?

Not sure with regards Lucas being suspended or not.

What about Agger, is he fit to play?

If so i'd imagine he will come in for the Greek. Maybe Aurelio to left back in place of Insua and start Maxi at left mid?

Why the Greek had a great game.

Yeah I think all bookings cancel out in January don't they? Otherwise he would have been due one.

Whoever we put out, the reality is that Spurs currently have much better players than us and they're playing like more of a team than we are. If we don't lose this, I will be very surprised.

Agger is suffering from a groin strain and is a major doubt for the Spurs game.

I'd start Riera and Maxi, with Lucas and Mascher in the middle. Aqua behind Kuyt. Or Jones if he's signed.

We will win this match, we have owed these cunts a thrashing ever since the first day of the season when they got the better of us.

I suspect we get an easy 3-1 victory and yes I am well and good pissed but I still believe what I typed to be true lol

We dominated the first match but lost. Maybe, just maybe. But I no longer have that confidence and by the looks of it, neither do the team.

How is it a loss? Lucas is shit, and was stomped all over by Palacios in the first game of the season.

They scored from the few attacks they made. We had more of the ball and made more shots. But then I might be wrong.

No we didnt. I remember that match clearly as I watched with my best mate who is a Spurs supporter. We were fucking ordinary.

Your last sentence is your best, Y1. Spurs definitely deserved to win that game.

So I do have good sentences! 😉

I remembered that one of their defender scored off a set piece. And he hda never scored since!

We're going to need a monster performance from Javier, but however well he does, Spurs have enough talent to bypass him anyway.

Insua Vs Lennon. That's some scary shit right there.

Lennon is unavailable apparantly, thankfully.

*pheew*

We need balance and attacking options.

-----------------Reina
----Degen---Skrtel---Carra---Aurelio

----------Kuyt----------Babel

I'd give Babel once more chance especially after N'Go's performance against stoke.

---------Maxi-----------Reira
---------------Aquilani
----------Kuyt-------N'Gog

Assuming all those are fit and available?

Babels finished for me. Sooner he goes the better. At least Ngog tries.

Rafa will not drop Lucas. So lineups should include him. Given he's been far from the worst player we've had I think he's justified his starting place.

I think he's suspended? Otherwise you're right he'll probably start.

I don't think he's suspended Gerry. I'm sure his 5 yellows were picked up after an amnesty date. You have to hit 10 now (or 5 since your last suspension I'm guessing) before you get suspended

.................................REINA................................

CARRA...........SKRTEL........KYRGIAKOS.......INSUA

...................MASHER..........LUCAS.......................

KUYT.....................AQUILANI.......................MAXI

.......................KENWYNE JONES.........................

Subs; Cava, Kelly/Darby, Aurelio, Riera, Spearing, Ngog, Pacheco

A Maxi - Aquilani - Riera midfield, given their lack of recent football, would be soft as shit and easily overrun. We don't have a huge array of options, I know, but that seems like an unrealistic pick to me.
