I don't think we've even created many clear cut chances. Suarez had a good one in front of goal, but apart from that? I don't know.
We've had a lot of possession but we don't do enough with it.

I hate being that right but I knew Jones would be too good for our defenders to handle. He is always in full Beast Mode and I really was hoping it would go through when it was rumoured Rafa wanted him.

I agree. That's the one I was talking about.
But generally speaking we've been shooting from distance and playing tentative passes in the final third kind've hoping that something will magically open up.
It's not good enough really and that's why we don't score - shit finishing aside.

I agree. That's the one I was talking about.

I like Coates. Great name, looks cool. He'll be fine. Jones took his one chance brilliantly, that's the difference tonight. That's always the cunting difference.

Awful refereeing.
Suarez did well to stay on his feet there but Shawcross should've had a second yellow no matter what and the ref could've just as well given a peno too as Suarez was evidently influenced by the foul.
Good first half on many accounts but once again we are let down by some shaky defending. I believe Coates has got the raw material to make it but he needs to be more ruthless in his approach.
I still think we've got a good chance to turn the game around. A lot of promising signs so far.
