With help to buy. I've just seen a property which I could afford today, it's a little more expensive than average, 270k for a three bed end of terrace compared to an average of somewhere between 230-250k for a non new build, but it's with help to buy, which is huge for me as it means I could buy this month, as opposed to maybe the end of next year without it.
I was just wondering if any of you have much of an opinion over new builds, and help to buy itself (equity loan version), as owing the government 50k, and signing over my life to a building that doesn't exist yet is make me a little nervous!
