From Liverpools bench to Bayerns bench

Good move for us if they pay all his wages.

Great servant, but start opening his mouth a wee bit too much for my liking. Thanks for the FA Cup, the CL run to Athens and many great saves ...

Sad the way it all came to an end, at one time he was one the best 'keepers going.
Credit where it is due to @Rosco, he called Reina's demise years ago.
Glad his wages are off the books. So long Pepe.

Bye Pepe.

Hi Pepe.

Bye Pepe.

etc

I somewhat agree with Mr_Moo, he's best keeper I've seen play for us. I've seen Groebbelaar, James, Friedel, Westerveld and Dudek.

He's a solid keeper, and that's about it really ... He's also either an idiot - for not lowering his wage demands so he could go start for someone - or he's just not that good. Who cares ... Good luck @ Bayern.

Says a lot that one of the best club sides in the world wants him whilst some seriously underrate him or have revisionist views about what he did for us.

Why wouldn't a club want him as back up?

Difference is we can't afford him to be a back up

Oh come on, it's not like they want him to be their starting keeper.

He's just going to be paid very handsomely to be head cheerleader whilst Neuer makes all the saves.

Because let's be honest here, he's got no fucking chance in displacing THE best keeper in the world in neuer

listen, if he's as good as you're making him out to be now (i.e. not when he was amongst the best in the world), why is he going to be a back up and play 5-10 games the next year?

Reina was excellent 3-4 years ago. Now, not so much.
His last 2 years for us were awful.

Good. As others have said he was great for us, but he turned into a bit of a twat.

His last season for us he was abysmal. Mignolet is the better keeper now.
