I really do wonder about the people on here at time.

The fact I replaced "Thumbs" in the "Thumps up" might have given it away.

Back on topic. I find it shocking so many only hope he stays or are on the fence. He is so vital to our success.

His movement off the ball is 2nd only to Suarez. I want him to stay and start every single game. He's worth his weight in Gold. I love the Ming.

Gerrard has been broken for months now and I don't see it changing anytime soon. Hence I'm not counting him.

Carroll did very little for me in 6 months where Raul did a hell of alot more in terms of goals, creating space, dragging defence all over the place with his intelligent runs in behind them. Hopefully Carroll will show what the 35m was for this year but going on last season I would put Raul ahead of him on the threat scale.

As for Kuyt, well we'll never agree on him. But for the record I'd rather see him up top with Saurez than anywhere else as I think he would score more goals there than Carroll but I don't see it happening. He'll be out on the right hand side podding along as normal, getting some vital goals that mask his general clumpsiness and lack of quality in other games. And I still think Ming does more going forward than Kuyt for the team. Hopefully they both start on Saturday but I doubt Ming will get the nod due to fitness.

Our biggest problem for years has been how static and one demensional our attack has been. We simply were to easy to defend against if we didn't have all of our star players in action.

Ming went along way to solving that problem last year by giving us a midfielder who could make runs from deep in behind defenders. Alonso, Gerrard, Gary Mac, Hamann even Murphy all great CM but none of them could make those deep runs without the ball creating space for our front men and giving our deep lying midfield more options. It will be criminal if he goes.
