There in lies the biggest problem with Salah... Too greedy at times
Got yelled at for not passing. But he didn’t see anyone to pass to.
Problem isn't that they were selfish, it's that they didn't score.
We almost need a Firmino in between them to balance out their selfishness. Because Mo knows if he plays the ball inside to Bobby, Bobby will look to combine and play a 1-2. If he plays it to Sadio, Sadio will look to spin and shoot on his left foot. So Mo won't bother to pass and he'll just try to do it himself.
Vice-versa too.
It's really annoying because we could have this game in the bag and they both could have goals if they decided to work together more. At some point, it will cost us.
Anyway. That aside after the first 10 mins there's been no danger at all because our defence has handles it all with aplomb. Hendo is AWOL (he seems to be fatigued) and I'd like to see Thiago on for him ASAP. I can see us getting 2 or 3 more in the 2nd with a breakaway involving Diaz and/or Mo.
I can see us going to sleep, and conceding the equalizer, and then conceding a late penalty following a hand ball off the chest.
It doesn't matter how much you want to be Hal ... you never will be. Fake !
