I know it's hard to understand for us Brits but Spanish fans really don't care as much as we do. I sat in a bar in Barcelona when they needed to win the last game of the season to win the league. Three or four years ago maybe. They drew 1-1, if I remember rightly. Hundreds of Barca fans just finished their drink quietly and said their goodbyes and went home. No chairs thrown, no screaming in anguish at the screen, no nothing.

It's fab, isn't it? The last time I heard a commentator so unable to get his head around what had just happened in front of him was when Suarez dribbled his way through the whole of the Manc defence to lay on a goal for Deadly in that game at Anfield not long after he signed for us. Happy days. 😀

Just a highlight reel of 2018/2019 season. We do play some beautiful football

The thing that stands out most to me is the weight of the forward passes. Immaculate. Add classy first touches from player receiving the ball and the sheer pace of our front line and it's devastating.

wrap up from various shows:

Imagine had we lost to Spurs.

That Barca comeback would have meant Fcukall.

It's Legendary now.

Any European club coming to Anfield. They better be at least 4-0 up now. That will put pressure on them in their own home leg. Which will make us even more dangerous on the counter in the away leg.

Then they could hang on to extra time... but who wants 30 more minutes of humiliation anyway?
