I used the tunnel bear vpn and while the quality was very good it buffered every ten second for a further ten seconds.
It is only my back up and I guess if I turn down the quality it will buffer less.
Might need a better VPN as well

This one I'm using now is ok, but there's no way I'd pay for it, it's occasionally spotty, which for a paid one is poor.

I've used Astrill for two years. Excellent, around US$5 a month I think, I forget what I pay ! They have around 130 servers around the world you can choose from at any time on a drop down menu. This is great if you encounter a region that won't play a video (for example) if you are not living in the USA or UK etc.
