What a fucking legend.
I was only in Liverpool for one day (I'm sitting at John Lennon Airport now) and met up with Pete. He took my bag to his work and looked after it for me while I went on a tour of Anfield.
He then took me to his house where his mum cooked me dinner and met his family.
Went out and had some drinks with him and Michael while watching Derby beat Manchester.
Walked back to his place and watched Family Guy and then called me a cab to the airport.
All this and we had never met or spoken on the phone. Fucking top man he is.
That's what this website and Liverpool Football Club is all about, helping each other out.
So, thanks Pete. Really appreaciate all your help and I'm going to go buy Family Guy Season 6 when I get home and learn Italian. Ha.
