Are you saying that If a player walks off the pitch and hits another player taking a throw in (remember that player too is off the pitch) then it is not classed by VAR as Violet counduct by because the players are not om the pitch..?

I know that it can't be what you're saying, and the fact that it is the same ref makes no difference, as there were two different results to the two incidents

Was not this one of the reasons for VAR...Red Card insisdents..?

Why did they not ask the ref to look at it again...?

I'm simply giving a possible reason why VAR didn't judge it to be violent conduct and therefore a red card.

Between the ref, lino on the near side & 4th official, they should've spotted it instantly. The incident occured near enough in front of the 4th official.

Between that, the Offside rulings, the Hand ball and Making the Ref check the monitor on red card decisions they have a lot to sought out this summer..

I believe had the ref seen the monitor he would have given a Red Card
