So I haven't had one bit of bread for 3 weeks and feel alot better for it. First 4 or 5 days was a struggle I'll not lie but since then I can't say I've missed it too much. Feel more energetic, have defo lost a bit of weight (I don't weigh myself but my clothes are looser and can notice it around my face) and feel less bloated and stuff. Has anyone cut out bread from there diet before and if so, how was it for you? Do the cravings come back strong? Is it sustainable? Etc etc.
Been pleasantly surprised so far in my bread free 3 weeks but realise it's only 3 weeks so don't want to promise I'll never eat bread again...and I'm not saying there's anything wrong with bread either but for me personally, it's been a major problem for me trying to shift some weight and feel less bloated/lethargic and all that so I'm gonna try keep at it
