I voted for Salah.

I recognize he's not a greatest option but I don't think TAA is ready for it - the questions and debates need to stop first. VVD is the natural choice and will almost certainly get it but dunno, giving it someone on the wane whose attitude (to me at least) seemed a little too casual doesn't seem right either.

Virgil's casual attitude (and willingness to snarl at teammates despite this) is my one reservation but I see this as a caretaker captain for 1-2 until Trent is fully ready.

Mo would be fine for me too.
