Van Gaal - no, fine coach but far too divisive a personality, which is exactly not what we need at the moment.
Rijkaard - perhaps, but he'd want to replace practically the whole squad to enable us to play his brand of champagne football.
Mourinho - impossible as of now, but who knows about next summer, with new owners, money to spend, Real board and fans possibly losing patience by then with his supremely pragmatic style of play, and his known admiration for LFC?
Hiddink - will be mentioned because of the way he got PSV and S.Korea to play above themselves and steadied the ship at Chelsea. He may not be the miracle-worker some claim, but "a fraud" is well OTT.

He is actually a convicted fraudster......
The reason I state he is a fraud is he rated among some fans as one of the greatest coaches in the world, when his record clearly doesn't show why he gets this rep. You mention South Korea yes I appreciate he got them far in the world cup. But he had a massive advantadge over the other teams. The Korean leauge was shut down the season before so that Hiddink could work with his players every day for a year. Compared to the standard 5 weeks all the other managers had.
The guy has won one major trophy in over 20 years of football, European cup in the 80's oh and the FA cup.
He totally failed in Spain getting sacked twice in a season, failed to get a very good russian side to the world cup and this Chelsea thing he improved there postion one place, it was not like they where languishing in the relegation zone.
