Josh Hamilton, the premier FA, off to the Angels (who have that ridiculous rook + Pujols) for 5 years, 125 million ... It was rather obvious last year he quit on us, and judging by the fact he never gave the Rangers a chance to match, I guess it was time to move on. Oh well, great player when he's on but he's a risk, and in a city like LA?

The deal for Hamilton was done by the owner, rather than the baseball people apparently.
They already arguably had too many players, I wonder if Morales or Bourjos get traded next.
