For the first 65mins or so, Barca was fantastic. It's such a shame they threw it away (relatively) at the end.

Maxwell is a decent player all in all, but he does let them down defensively at times. Walcott changed the game and tore him a new asshole in the process.

[/quote]He didnt even move towards the ball Ryan. He was just running back towards goal. Fabregas drew his leg back to strike the ball and Puyol was there, he didnt move there, he didnt step across him, he didnt do anything exept exist in the piece of space that Fabregas thought was empty enough for him to swing his leg into. Neeeeeever a pen, awful decision, really really awful.
 
For me Oncy, only one of them was attempting to play the ball. Have a look at the intentions of each player; Fabregas swining at it 6 yards out, completely unaware. Puyol by contrast had no intention to play the ball, and every intention to get in Fabregas' way. Penalty.
