Sterling has been excellent, but Naughton has been a liability for Tottenham. He had two yellow card offences in the first 15 minutes but the referee seemed to be letting him off as it was still early in the game.

You've got to be grateful to Villas-Boas for his team selection today. Naughton on the left side of defence and a midfielder alongside him in the centre. No wonder Sterling is having his best game of the season.
 
What a first half performance.

Henderson, Sterling, Suarez have been immense.

Allen again keeping things ticking over at pace. Sakho looking beastly.

We've got to keep this going. COME ON REDMEN!
 
Special mention for Allen/Lucas so far too - Henderson has been rightly getting all the plaudits.
Allen has been terrific.
 
Don't get why we keep fucking around and putting Mig under pressure, just no need for it.

Sterling actually looks threatening aswell today.

The next 45 minutes is the kind of thing that makes or breaks seasons.
 
Allen and Henderson deserve a huge amount of credit for their pressure high up the pitch. They've been like piranhas savaging their players with possession. Allen in particular, has been excellent with the use of the ball; one bad pass in our half that put us in trouble apart, he's been excellent in finding his teammates with forward passes, even when two or sometimes three opponents were starting to close the space and passing lanes. This was like the Allen who started brightly for us last season.

Henderson - well, suffice to say he's sending a strong statement to those who've scoffed at his lack of contribution in our attacks.

i believe i did the first , if you're sad enough you can look back for my comments . I didn't write anything for the second but if you must know i thought it was a great ball from sterling and a wonderful touch from coutinho . If henderson had been a bit luckier and scored the first shot it would have been up there with our goals of the season . His follow up play and finish for the rebound was also very good .

Anyway you're boring me now.
