We look so low on confidence and hunger it hurts.

How Kenny is supposed to turn this around I have no idea. Relegation form since Christmas. Its fucking tiring to watch. But, ah well, we're apperantly making progress.
Kenny should be given another year. We're making progress and we won a trophy.

The mistakes Shelvey's making should have been taken out of his game by this stage. That's why he was on loan. It doesn't take many matches. That said he's been lively and imaginative. If all Gerrard is going to do is stroll around shaking his head he can fuck off now.

Some one else should fuck off to be honest. Im borrowing your terminology.

If I wake up tomorrow and this clueless hapless mess of a manager is still in charge, I'm burning down the fucking Internet.

We're shapeless, tacticless, our players aren't trying or motivated, they're arguing amongst each other, running into a billion wrong areas, are getting taught a fucking lesson by cunting Newcastle, are about to lose their 6th game our of 7 and will do well to finish in the top 10.

We started with a 4-5-1 and reverted after 25 minutes and a goal down to a 4-4-2. Why? Didn't you trust the formation you sent out Dalglish to score a goal? What was the original setup for then, a fucking draw?

Fuck right off.

Hahaha, this is a fucking mess.

As ever we've been a bit unlucky, but mostly shit.

I can't believe you're watching the game if we've been 'taught a lesson' ... we've had far more opportunities, and would be a few goals (not to mention a man) if it wasn't for Carroll being unable to do what he's paid to do.

Daglish will be here next year too. So don't get too worked up - it's not worth it.

I actually think we've been a bit better this half than some on here are saying. A bit unlucky not to have had a penalty, and we're getting a lot of attacks down our right. Shelvey and Flanagan probably being our best two this half.

I think we can do them in the second half. Although, having said that, I wouldn't be surprised if Newcastle were to get another and our heads will go down again.

Largely agree with that though the common theme does remain; there's no real cutting edge, no ever present danger that you just feel they could score. Newcastle have Ba and Cisse who both look like they could hit the back of the net at any point.

Shelvey's actually looked pretty good, Skrtel's been good as well, Spearing has, as always, tried hard and Suarez looks like he wants to win. Gerrard looks like he has other things on his mind and Carroll - I'm not sure what to say. This isn't a comment on his ability but I guarantee that Gerrard, Suarez, Carra, Kuyt et al would play like men possessed if in his position while Carroll looks tentative and, dare I say, almost scared. Going down in that situation was madness - open goal from 10 yards out you've surely got to back yourself. He demonstrated the physical ability in the lead up to it but then the mental short falls by taking a dive rather than backing himself to score.

Overall the team still shows that mental frailty that has been evident, IMO, for a number of years. Should have been a penalty for us but wasn't given. Get on with it. Instead too many seem to see it as an excuse to sigh and become resigned to another defeat.

Get a goal early in the half and we could run over the top of them but nobody - at this stage - looks capable of putting the leather in the back of the net.

Martin Atkinson is itching to send off a Liverpool player. I have put £10 on a red card in the second half at 13/5.

I think you guys are overreacting, I think we're playing 'okay', you make it sound like it's not worth coming out second half when in truth it's a very even game with chances for both sides.
