Why does he even bother? When Lukaku goes so deep just leave it to a midfielder. The 2 long balls were from De Gea. I have no idea why he always sees the need to challenge for those. They are nowhere near the box.

I've said it before about TAA, he sometimes seems to get spooked. He'll grow out of it but that's no help now. The frustrating thing is you can't predict it. In some big games he's cool-headed and almost cocky. In other ones he looks like a scared schoolkid.
The least we need to get out of this game is a bit of pride. We actually have more than enough to win it, but the mentality needs to change radically. It's not actually like those games when we don't have options in attacking positions, we have good ones, but too often - Mane especially - we pick the wrong pass. And for chrissakes stop crossing - they're taller than us, they're perfectly able to head the ball away, and de Gea can catch the rest.

Ox putting in a Pennant-in-Athens performance - so fucking much of the ball, so little to show for it. Mane taking too much out of it, and Miler off the pace.

True. To be fair, the ref is also ignoring fouls. That's the crucial combination when a team plays like the mancs are today. As soon as Mane, Firmino or Salah get the ball near the area, they're held, their shirts are tugged and they're pushed off balance. The ref sees it and gives nothing, time and time again.
Klopp is losing us the aways against good teams this season. Same v spurs and city. Get done and lose the fight
Robertson has done well, Can and Firmino have tried. Thats about it, the rest have been gash.
He was around for a few woeful games in the past and looked as lost as the rest of them.

Same here. In the past under Klopp when we’ve been this bad in the first half we’ve usually come out in the second half and been just as bad.
