Klopp's big tactical innovation for this game seems to be Mane picking up the ball in the middle and trying to be the playmaker – which is just about the worst way possible to use Mane's qualities. Meanwhile, Mourinho has correctly identified Lovren and Trent as a weakness and they scored from 2 identical goal kicks from De Gea to Lukaku. So far it's a tactical masterclass from Mourinho while we are weirdly devoid of emotion and energy.
