Have you watched the video above?? First he starts firing a number a bullets at the fella, then he moves on toattempting suffocating the fella with sand. Then he twats the fella all ovEr the show with a plank of wood with a nail on the end. Then the fellas pants get wiped down and what happens next is so graphic they refuse to show. To even compare this to gerrard is fucking ridiculous, so I assume ye joking.

If he is going to be our new owner, will our players be tortured if they don't perform?

Might just bring back the title!

No matter who the manager is!

there is a poster on the RAWK that says he heard the information (sale by the 4th july)from an ex board member. the poster has 28,000 posts and isn't known for being a wind up merchant.

There's a video of our captain beating the shit out of someone for not playing Phil Collins, should he be banned from playing football or is that irrelevant too ?
He should at least be banned for deciding the fucking music 😛olice:

I wouldn't give a shit if a consortium of Pol Pot, Hitler and Saddam Hussein bought us, so long as they stump up the funds to buy a new stadium and any player we wanted.

so pretty much anyone who actually has the cash then.

I think RedShrek's got the wrong Sheik, as far as I understand it is Sheik Mansours other brother, Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, and not Sheikh Issa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, that has been linked with us.
Sheik Khalifa is not in any video roughing someone up................However, if you want wealthy Arab owners, you had better forget about any sensitivities on human rights, whoever it is, it does not tend work like that in the Arab world.

Basic civil rights is much more important than cash stumped out on football.

Did all the locals get a text yesterday along the lines of the rumour above?
It seems one started yesterday morning and spread like wild-fire, some people got copies of exactly the same text from two and three different people.

There are certainly lots and lots of sources claiming to be in the know about it

Yep, it makes you wonder if the club are struggling with renewals. Could have been starte from there.

That'd be a little disappointing, if true.

I'd probably take up a season ticket if I could even though every time I went last season, I ended up cursing my decision to go on the drive home.

I just wanted to follow–up to my recent posts as there is due to be some movement this week within Liverpool Football Club and I'd rather post now than after…. I have mentioned previously about 8 members of the current backroom staff would leave (release contracts had been drawn up) and 16 of the players listed as eligible for the 1st team would be moved on as well. The backroom staff movements are scheduled to happen this week with replacements having already been identified and will be brought in before the first of the returning players reconvene the week after. From what I've heard before (of which the position hasn't changed), the replacement manager has already agreed to join but only 7 people know who he actually is, the only thing I know is that he is involved at the World Cup. He has agreed to join on the basis that confidentiality is maintained during the campaign so distractions for the participating players won't become an inevitable issue and if the country he is involved with doesn't perform well then it cannot be blamed on such a distraction. The so called interviews for a replacement should be taken lightly as a sideshow! This coincides with the fact the LFC panel had agreed in favour of a specific ownership transfer and needed ratifying by the existing owners. As I understand it, one of the existing owners agreed to the terms for full and final settlement, the other wanted to negotiate terms to include future trading receipts thereby complicating any sale (to such an extent that it looked like it could be jeopardised). So, the conditions for the purchase of the club were agreed in principle between the parties, allowing a strategy for pre–season activity to be legitimately developed) while the warranties against the purchase pended a negotiated conclusion. While the final negotiations of these warranties have been taking place, other interested parties have also made enquiries and their offers placed to one side for consideration if the warranties cannot be settled.
At the end of this week there is an expectation that ratification of the new ownership would be granted by the relevant football authorities to allow the ink to settle on the ownership contracts the week after.
So, the summary version:
Backroom staff – leavers announced this week, keep an eye out for this.
Backroom staff – Key personnel identified but only publicly installed after the new manager takes residence.
New Manager – Identified and agreed – low profile being deliberately orchestrated.
New Owners – Likely to be finalised (cash for stocks) and announced within 3 – 4 weeks.
Let the press have their say, the doubters have theirs but ultimately we will see in a few weeks time how the cards are truly dealt….

Michael Easterbrook (non LFC fan – for reference).

But how does he know 'only 7 people know'?
I guess he would have to be one of them. Not that I believe a word of it, obviously.
