He can´t win leagues where he hasn´t managed a team in. 😉 But he won the UEFA cup with a Swedish team (IFK Göteborg), came second in the UEFA Cup and second in the European Cup with Benfica and won the Cup Winners Cup with Lazio. So he HAS won a lot with crappy teams...but that was long ago and his tactics aren´t very exciting but quite modern (just take a look at the WC).
