Lol. We don't need grounds, we only need to make an accusation against him, then invoke the disciplinary procedure. Have an "independent" panel uphold the accusations, then take the money. It's easy, it's arbitrary and it can be done in a matter of weeks. There's nothing he could do about it except to seek out and employ the services of dantes.

And risk pissing him off even more. But to be honest I really don't care if he stays or goes.

Dunno if I'm alone here but I kinda like the way we play without Suarez on the pitch.
Not basing it on the recent PNE game but on every game we've played since his suspension.
Our style is more fluid without the ball-hogging and the selfishness that Suarez brings with him and we seem to create more chances and score more goals.

Take the Newcastle game, when Sturridge is one on one with the keeper and decides to square it to Henderson. Later on in the game Henderson returns the favour.

I can't imagine Suarez doing the same.
 
Up until we signed Coutinho, it was definitely in our best interests to let Suarez hog as much of the ball as he wanted. Now if he stays, then he firstly needs to be thanked for everything he did in the past and secondly be taught that his new role in the team is to be Coutinho's personal bitch just like everyone else.

If we're really interested in Shaqiri, can't we see if Bayern would part with Shaqiri and Kroos for Suarez? I know they're not worth the 50 million Suarez is, but they're both young, hungry midfielders who can only strengthen our team.
 
Suarez + 5mil = Shaqiri, Kroos and Alaba. That'd be an amazing deal and would improve us immensely

Aspas is unproven. Borini is, well, borini.

Sturridge is our only striker to a point as it stands as suarez plays a unique role, but he leads the line when he needs to & provides a focal point of the attack.

I'm not one for false nines, fergie proved with Utd time & again that top quality strikers can win you the league with a decent foundation.

Torres was genuinely depressed in those seasons, so he didn't need to say much. Suarez was just talking a bunch of insincere bullshit to try and fake that he was unhappy. When that didn't work, he changed his story.

I couldn't care about either of their careers. But Torres realised the fans are clever and so decided to keep his mouth shut other than some vague and cryptic comments which couldn't be used against him. Suarez on the other hand seems to think the fans are stupid. That doesn't work so much for me.
 
Torres said enough once he was actually in a blue shirt, he's still a cunt. Suarez is just a more proactive cunt at this point, and I'm past caring (aren't you all?); he stays then we've got an uber-talented cunt who should be pushing for golden boot again, if he goes we've got £40-50M and less headaches.
 
I've had enough of this fool. He doesn't deserve to be at our club.
I hope he gets his move to Madrid and things don't turn out as rosy as he thought it would be.
Then he can start complaining about how they don't love him enough there and that he actually wanted to play at Barca cos his in laws live there etc, etc, etc.

Had it not been for Ramadaan and me fasting right now, this would have been a more expletive laden post, but seeing that it is and I am, I"ll just say that Luis Suarez can go to hell...whether that be Real Madrid, Chelsea, Arsenal, Bayern or whomever, I no longer care.

Oh, and if he does stay, I hope our fans boo him every time he touches the ball. He deserves nothing less in my eyes.

Disagree. I understand where you're coming from, but I'm not willing to cut off my nose to spite my face in that way. If he does stay, (a) I want him atoning for his disrespect by winning us games and (b) it may well be for just the one season anyway, so I want his price to stay high.
 
Interesting suggestion from Stewart Robson (ex-Arsenal) on TalkSport just now. He wondered whether the Arse have entered the bidding for Suarez to smoke Real out into a sensible bid for him, so that Real are then OK with selling Higuain to them.
 
I just couldn't give a damn about him anymore. If we keep him for a year and get back 25M I'll be more than chuffed.
Yes he can try to atone for his disrespect by winning us games, but I think that this last rant of his just took it overboard for me.
We are Liverpool, and will continue to be so long after Suarez, Torres or the next foreign tit that comes in professing to love us only to shit on us when we've showed them more love than our own, goes away.

I'm sure the club would deal if there were an acceptable offer.

This player is dragging the club down.

Any club taking him on must be aware that there is a risk to reputation. It's why there has been little activity despite a lot of one-sided talking.
