Losing Youngsters

Money is the factor.
The story goes, Pogba's agent who also is Zlatan's agent, started pimping him out to several clubs in Europe in order to get Man U to offer him a pay rise. Apparently he wants as much as the senior players are getting and he's barely even been tested.
Slur Alex told his agent to fuck off and tried to persuade Pogba to stay by giving him more time with the first team.
Well, one of the big teams in Europe are ready to offer him a hefty raise (Juventus).

As long as we start giving our reserves some time on the pitch we won't have that problem.

Pogba seems like he could be a good player. It hopefully is a SIGN that the appeal is gone - let them crash n' burn.

I am hoping that is true - Man Utd losing its appeal!

United have lost alot of good young players over the years, it hasn't exactly damaged them. Look at Pique and Rossi. There's a load of reasons besides money, sometimes kids just don't settle.

Reality sucks

I don't think they've lost all of it, but I do think money's tighter there than it used to be, and that's going to take some of the shine off them as far as attracting players goes. They'll still be there or thereabouts though, at least until Ginsoak f'cks off upstairs to a seat on the board.

they just signed some 18 year old from erm, crewe maybe? i cant remember but i think he's highly rated

It saddens me a little that Amoo has already been let go, and Eccleston is close to going, without Rodgers having the chance to see them in action. Okay, I guess he saw the odd reserve match last season, but it would be better to watch them close up now. Just one of those things, I guess, at this stage in the summer. I'm sure he'll love Suso and Sterling.

I seem to remember whiskey nose commending pogba last season when your man Morrison wanted out due to being greedy. If memory serves me correctly he praised him for not bein greedy and for being more interested in knuckling down and improving on the football side of things. Turns out he was wrong about him too.

I never saw Eccleston making it for us, but I can see Amoo playing at a high level given a lot of luck.

Six words too long, and it's cost you a like.
