...They're a fucking liability. 80% of accidents you hear about seem to involve them. 90% of traffic jams you get stuck in involve a broken down lorry. They pull out on you all the time and give you fuck all notice. On dual carriageways they take 3 days overtaking each other. They do not give a shit about any other road users because they know, if there is an accident, chances are they'll be OK even when, for a large proportion of them, most of their lorries are unworthy shitheaps that don't belong on the road.
I used to work with a girl who got killed by a lorry on the motorway. "Didn't see them" - pulled in a knocked their car clean off the motorway and down an embankment. She died and luckily her husband and one year old child lived.
That poor family last week - sitting in a traffic jam - when some dick in a juggernaut ploughed into them. 2 generations wiped out in a split second because they don't pay fucking attention.

They drive far too long hours and take very little care. Instead of clamping down on motorist slightly exceeding the speed limit it's about time the police start clamping down on them.
