OK for Atalanta then but not Leicester.
With Salah not showing any symptoms for coronavirus, Egypt are confident that he will return a negative test when he is next tested on Thursday.
Egyptian Ministry of Health's COVID-19 committee head Hossam Hosny says Salah will be able to return to Liverpool should he return a negative test.
“Salah is currently in El-Gouna to complete his quarantine and he will conduct another PCR test on Thursday, and I expect that his result will be negative because until now, the player hasn’t shown any symptoms,” he said.
Premier League protocols dictate that a player must quarantine for 10 days following a positive test.
Those rules apply regardless of where the initial coronavirus test was taken.
The player would then be retested on the 10th day, with a negative result meaning they could return to training.
Reports from Egypt suggest Salah had his tests towards the end of last week - meaning that the Leicester game would still fall within the 10 days of isolation stipulated by the Premier League.
