3 nil sounds like an ace game.. gutted I am missing it

Just passed this football stadium on my travels, where am I?

OK. We ARE playing with a back 3 - I was wrong to predict a back 4 today. But the 3 CBs line up in the way I wanted: Skrtel in the middle, Toure RCB, Sakho LCB. However they are not looking solid at all as a unit, Skrtel in particularly is looking nervous. Sakho is a beast and has saved us on several occasions. I think we are missing Lucas a little bit, we are a too easy to penetrate through the middle and with Hendo and Gerrard our middle doesn't look "sticky" enough - although Hendo may be adding a bit more dynamism in attack (but he should be doing more to compensate for the defensive shortcomings).

Sterling has been our worst player so far, giving the ball away constantly but he needs game time to grow in confidence - so I would not sub him. Aspas and Alberto definitely need to take part in this game; I would sub Moses and maybe Sturridge later on.

Palace are an awful, awful team.
 
Agger will give us more composure in the back imo, hopefully he is ready to play a full 90 minutes again soon.
 
Moses is very hit and miss. I don't like this loaning business, we are basically breaking in Chelsea's striker for them.

Moses's is hit and miss and Sterling too. We need to stop giving the ball away so cheaply. That said, we're three up so perhaps I shouldn't be so churlish.

But a better team in opposition would nail us for those mistakes. Still 3 points is 3 points and our goal difference has improved and could still more.

Impressed with Gerrard, Skrtel, Suarez and Sturridges finish.

Completely agree, Henderson has been good, but its showing that were missing Lucas, they have found space far too often between our midfield and defence, Lucas masterfully marshalls that area.
 
Why am I watching this fucking shit if they can't be arsed...

Loved the goals today but we have got to be the best worst team in the league. How do we end up allowing these dreadful teams so much time on the ball and it's not like they're not getting chances either.

Our midfield is muck.
 
The second half, as predicted, is like a training match. If we're only playing once a week we should really be giving it all for the whole game.
