Origi. What an exasperating player he is. He's got a strong physique, pace, intelligence and good technique. But only when he's on form. When he's not, he's utterly dire. And it's not like finding rhythm, he just suddenly gets good, then goes back to being rubbish. What a bonus he'd be to us in the run-in if he put in a shift like he did last night. But I just don't expect it these days.

If not it would be the most temparary form ever surely?

In a season when we scored 101 goals, a club record and only 5 short of the record of City's 106, which was only set last season, and still the highest number of away goals ever scored in a Premier league season (48)

So it was in one of the greatest attacking teams of all time.

I didn’t realise the criteria was for English teams in a 38 game season. If you believe the Brendan Rodgers team of 2013 was better at attacking than the Barca teams Suárez has played for, all the power to you.

1000% agree.

I thought he looked great and rubbish last night, all in one game.

His workrate was surprisingly good and he looked like a half decent wide forward. It would be a huge bonus if he was able to give us something from out wide. As it would free Mane up to play the CF role and play closer to Salah. He'll need to work on his understanding with Robbo though. Quite a few times Andy went on the overlap and Origi just put his down and tried to drive inside. Obviously, it worked for his goal but if he could reverse a pass every now and again, it will actually give him more time/space when he does cut inside.

We always have an N'Gog or Babel or Origi on the edges of the first team. Could be worse Macca, he could be El Zhar.
