Liverpool v Crystal Palace Match Thread

That's CL football and the prospect of decent players joining us in the summer gone.

2 goals needed rather urgently.

No it's not.
A manure/city draw (or one club winning) and we have an advantage.
Tottenham have to play Manure & Arsenal.

It's not ideal but we can still finish 4th.

So fucking predictable.

Fuck off Liverpool. Fifteen minutes to get something out of this steaming pile of shit & earn your wages.

Klopp has been poor here, make a change.

Continuing a worrying trend.

I don't know whether it's just a case of him not trusting his squad enough at the moment but thus far he hasn't really demonstrated a real ability to change the course of a game.

In fairness to Klopp with regards to subs, I can understand his confusion. Who would he take off?

Wijnaldum, Lucas, Lovren, Firmino and Origi have all been utter doghsit, and he's got a load of nobodies sitting on the bench.

Seeing the replay again our marking is so shit. Beyond Firmino missing the ball and Matip and Lovren caught standing still, Origi was napping and let his man run in front of him too.

oh and can we fucking learn to man mark , please.

zonal marking is costing us goals every week, it feels

Thankfully we don't have Lallana to bring on.
The stability Mucas brings us is way to valuable in these games.

Klopp's inaction when we're behind is bizarre, it's so often the case too.

He seems to actually enjoy making a tactical change at half time, but shy's away from it in play. I'm unsure whether it's a trait of his or a reflection on his opinion of the team & how well they could adapt in game without time for him to talk it through with them.
