If we get Robbo back then we can thankfully drop the hopeless Fabinho and play Milner in midfield
Not sure what the answer is for the awful Firmino, though.
Chamberlain was dreadful too.
How about Milner in midfield for the Atletico match? He surely can't be worse than Fabinho, can he?
If Henderson is back, I don't know. Milner and henderson midfield... with those two in the midfield I always feel we lack creativity
we definitely do lack creativity when both of them play, but we're hardly dripping with it now, so fuck it. Roll the dice and bring in steady experienced headsIf Henderson is back, I don't know. Milner and Henderson midfield... with those two in the midfield I always feel we lack creativity
WTF. Awful? He gave the ball away once .. when trying to play a long through ball. Other than that we were camped in the final third for most of the match where all he was expected to do was recycle / distribute to the wings. I doubt many saw that you are referring to. Can't wait to see his stats for the game because I'm pretty sure they don't match up to your version of events.Eh? Fabinho creates fuck all, I wouldn't play him even if Henderson isn't fit, becaus he's been atrocious for ages. And was fucking horrible yet again.
Awful
Yeah I'm concerned about the way we lose possession in the middle of the park last few games. That's when you know we are having one of our bad days when we seem sloppy in midfield.Based on that performance, Atletico are going to fuck us up
We could be champions before the derby. We just need city to lose three consecutive league games.
They’ve got Man Utd and Arsenal. Do-able?

Atletico Madrid will be on it much more than Bournemouth and will punish us if we are sloppy like that as we have been at times this season.
Part of that is because of Hendo and the other part seems like we have lost a bit of intensity which is only natural I guess.
I reckon 5 is possible. United have looked different recently, fernandes has properly changed them, and not shoehorning players in has helped.Man U tomorrow, Arsenal Wednesday and Burnley Saturday. I’d be shocked if they got fewer than 7 points.
They'll beat us if we have to play Fabinho, Firmino and Adrian
Don't agree with that
I don't know why but can see fun bobby putting in a good performance, maybe with a goal.
What does Gini actually do?
For the past 3-4 games he has been fucking useless too. Fab is equally shit but he at least gets there to put in a couple of shit challenges.
Gini the ghost just disappears. It's happening at home too.

Burnley or Arsenal are both capable of a surprise draw.
They'll get 9 now
I've got to be right at some stageI suppose the law of averages supports that to an extent
Gini was fucking immense, esp in the first half today. Every decent chance we had was created by the right hand side, with taa & salah bombing on. Who do you think enables them to do that? What does Gini actually do?

Everytime the ball was lost playing to them or from them when they bombed on he mopped up, which meant they could keep doing it.
There's a reason behind why his runs was sort of ignored by his teammates and also he was given so much space to run on, he will waste it more times than not. Just because he scored a couple for us against Barcelona does not make him Pele. At least 90% of the time when he gets forward, got the ball, ran into the box, only to stop, turn back and pass back to his teammates. He got the ball at the edge of the 18 yard box, while we're attacking. Instead of looking up, he tried to control the ball, spin back, spin front, arms out to shield the ball and retreat. He is the better version of Lucas.Totally agree. He made run after run to open space. Ball never came to him so it's easy to miss - but much of our offense came through space he opened up.
Hahaha this thread has gone epic mode. A handful of points away from the league title after decades and clowns are turning on the same players that got the team to this point. This coming off a win, mind you. The feeble minds of these cunts are something to behold.
