They have to get the leave of an English court to enforce the order, I'd say.
Which isn't going to happen.
If they do try, our lawyers should file an application to strike it out since by filing a counter-claim against the same parties in the UK they've accepted the jurisdiction of the English courts.
The English court would view this as an attempt to bypass our courts and get around this morning's ruling and I'm pretty sure would again decide in our favour.
This is more delaying from the fat fuck, what's probaby going to happen is that we're either going to the Englissh court for a uling on the vaidity of the American order against Liverpool; or file a defence to the claim in the US...which we'll have to do anyay since if we don't, the cocksucker will just get a judgment in default.

I have been told this early evening that Liverpool will be back in court early next week - either Monday or Tuesday to make sure that:
1st: This deal with NESV cannot be derailed or interfered with in any way, shape or form, by any party - whether it be Hicks, Mill, Gillett, or uncle goobers dog. (Dec.J)
Added:
2nd: They will also look to make sure they that no party has any chance, of any future claims for compensation ect against Liverpool FC or any of its assets, future earnings ect ect.
