There are always legal loop holes with everything, so we can't assume all will be okay, we don't know how things will unfold with these court hearings.

Will Hicks dare to show up for this court case? If he shows up is there anything about him that will help his cause? Will he ever be safe in UK anymore whatsoever?

NESV seem to have been approved by the Premier League as owners if the takeover goes through.

But the PL did also approve H and G as owners once. Anyone knows if there are any new regulation towards ownerships these days? Any protection from PL in this matter (refusing owners to debtladen clubs etc?)

I emailed the Premier League two weeks ago, and asked if they considered, that Hicks and Gillett still qualified as fit and proper owners, especially as they were trying to refinance at what would, presumably, be even more punitive interest rates.


Received a standard reply saying that my query would be answered with 72 hours, but nothing since
