Poulsen is much worse, and I've said so since his first match.
Lucas played well for Brazil recently and looked good against Blackburn. Keep up that form and he'll have no problem keeping that Danish turd out of the team.

i think that's more to do with poulsen being so utterly shit that he makes lucas look like a footballer
roy hodgson is a mug. how dare he try to justify his ability and track record. you'd think after 35 years of management, that being able to tell that someone is a turd and is physically incapable of movement, you'd think that'd be the first fucking thing youd notice

I can clearly tell that Poulsen will never be good enough for us. I have seen enough to make that call. He is a turd of a footballer.
But i have not seen him enough to conclusively decide if he is worse than Lucas.

This. The Poulsen who sometimes got a game for Juventus last season was a better player than the Lucas who played far too often for us then.
Poulsen made me sad from the second we signed him.
Not because i have anything against him but because he signifies what kind of club we are under Roy Hodgson.
He's a mediocre player with a mediocre track record at the end of his 'uninspiring' career. He's also a negative anti-footballer who is played when you dont want to lose, not to try and win a game, and worst of all he is an identikit to the far superior anti-footballer we have in that position already.
He wasnt expensive so thats a slight silver lining and the fact fat cunt Hicks paid 4m for the cunt makes me feel a bit better, but ultimately he is one of the worst signings we have ever made if not in value then certainly in intent and inspiration.

Lucas has been the better player of the two ever since Poulsen arrived without a doubt.
The Dane has struggled immensely and apart from one or two games has looked out of his depths.
With regards to Oncy's comments about him only playing for teams that doesn't want to lose is however pretty incorrect. Denmark's International team has been one of the most attacking-minded around Europe for quite some time and he's always a part of that setup. He's a better footballer than he has showed so far but even I am doubting we'll ever see this for Liverpool. The glimpses of ability shown against United away doesn't mean anything when the highlights has been so sparse.
Sad but true.
NB I voted for Poulsen (obviously) but only on merit not on his performances so far.

I was hoping he'd turn it around somehow.
A truly shit buy.

He wasn't that bad in his last game was he? Against Napoli?
Maybe he'll improve over time.
[/quote]Over what time? Hes fucking shit. Please stop defending him. Its making me dislike you. And i like you.

I'm not defending him am I? I'm merely hoping for him to improve.
Sums up Liverpool's plight, really: arguing over which useless shit-cunt player who should never have played for Liverpool, and never should again, is worse.

Just to cheer us up a bit... this just in from a Milan fan watching the Juve game last night
Sissoko made me laugh for like 10 minutes straight, so funny went to smash the ball, missed it completely and fell over. So damn funny.
