Correct!!

Steve Staunton rejoined the club in 1998 and left on a free in 2000.
Was part of the 89-90 squad that won the league.

Edit: Just re-read the question again, and its from 90's onwards.

But yeah I remember Aphexad letting in a few, I think he let one in against West Ham and it was Todorov who took the penalty.

I think I know who you're referring to. Wasn't he the keeper Houllier didn't trust when Westerveld was injured so he borrowed a keeper from a division one team to cover for him.
