He's given us this win at all cost mentality.
Worked his bollix off tonight like his life depended on it.
Unselfishly worked the channels all night whilst setting up chance after chance.
We always have a chance of winning when this little genius is on the pitch.
The fucker would kick his own kids to win a game of footie.
Love the little cunt.

True. He's ace.

However,I'm concerned we're not getting the best out of him recently.

Sturridge is scoring goals but is Suarez being sacrificed to a degree?

Couldn't agree more, that's why he pipped Stevie in my top 3.

I think even though he's been shy of a bit of luck the last few games in terms of goals (2 posts, one from a world class attempt) he is without question the best player in this league and top 3 in the world unquestionably, and personally it's top 2 with Ronaldo for me.

We are still banging in the goals where he's playing so it's not really a concern at the minute.
It's just an inevitable mini drought that he's going through and it happens to the best.
I thought he was magnificent all night and especially those pull backs from the edge of the box.
And that flick over Riether was off the fucking charts.

He's been brilliant. His never say die attitude is indeed contagious.
He's been unlucky as far as goals are concerend, but I'm sure he'll soon start scoring again!

Fact is that his mere presence causes tons of problems for teams, and gives us a huge advantage.
He's still getting into positions to score, he's still creating chances for teammates and he's still getting us free kicks game after game in dangerous positions.

It really isn't typical of strikers. Usually when they're not scoring they're not that heavily involved and disappear a bit. Not with Suarez. He's also been desperately unlucky two games running, hitting the post.
As long as the team keeps scoring we'll be happy and he'll be happy.
He could score 40 goals and still end up leaving if we don't get in the top 4, while he'd likely stay if we get in the CL even if he doesn't score for the rest of the season.

Yeah, much as he's hungry for goals, more than anything he wants to play in a winning team. I'm loving that people can't call us a one man team. We have a bunch of dangerous players, even if he remains the most dangerous of the lot.

If we finish 1-4, I don't think he'll care. He's a winner AND a team player. He's fucking incredible and he's staying.

His influence on our club is massive.

I get the impression hes sort of taken Sterling under his wing, he doesn't shout at him as much anymore, he encourages him and is always there to celebrate with him first when he scores, tbh that might be because hes set him up for near on every goal Sterlings ever scored.

Just imagine what it must be like for Sterling having the chance to play with a once in a generation type player like Suarez, what an education for him, he couldn't ask for a better player to learn from, same goes for all our youngers players who train with him every day, imagine what kids like Rossiter, Ibe etc must be learning from him every day, Hendo has taken a leaf out of Suarez's book with his work rate and commitment i reckon, he was always a hard worker but hes upped a level or 2 it this season as have a fair few of our players in that regard.

When we go out on the pitch him just being there gives our team a lift, Suarez's influence shouldn't be underestimated, its huge for the club in many different ways.

His attitude when the second goal went in was brilliant, he ran over to Sturridge, Hendo and Coutinho and pretty much ordered them to get on with the game.

I noticed that too. It's great - I love Suarez!

One of the greatest examples of his mentality is that game against Zenit in Europe - he was like a man possessed trying to win us that game and he almost did it too. It's very very rare that I feel worse for the players than I do for myself after a defeat but that was one of those times.

He's simple the greatest beer player to play for us and it's worth getting up at 5am every week just to watch him live. I think I was more upset when we conceded the 2nd seeing him shaking his head on the half way line than when the ball actually went in.

I'd actually play him centrally against the poorer sides away and studge wide left as I think he can undo 1/2 defenders on his own but can't beat 3:4 coming in from the wing.
I really think him up top against west Brom would have made a difference.

He's the most animatedly competitive player I've seen since Roy Keane.

I love him!

I'd say he's the greatest vodka player.
