I'll be there. Let me know when it's happening.

Noted for @dantes

The letter before claim is going in as soon as the decision comes from the university, in a week or so. You see this is how I roll, I have my case ready in anticipation of the decision. Because I am the one who backed the gimps into the corner and forced them to make an unlawful decision. And now I am going to make them pay. They know this too. But if they speak a word of it, then oh look, what's this here? Oh yes its the defamation act 1996.

Oh yeah, it's going to be a year because the proceedings will be stayed whilst an ombudsmen reviews it first. And these gimps are worse than the regulatory commission of the FA and much much slower.

Luis will be playing for Uruguay in the summer, so I guess him missing 6 games during the next season isn't too bad. Hope we get an "easy" schedule.

Might be 5 league games and one cup game?

In my case the "written reasons" were literally three lines to the affect of oh we promise there are reasons, trust us. Lol. I pitied it. But not before checking that the metadata on that file showed that it was authored not by the "independent investigator", but the very impartial bitch who was trying to pass it off as the opinion of an independent person. You don't need to have a qualification or legal adviser when you are an obsessive psychopath.

There's no logic at the club at all these days. Why say that three games would be enough, then express disappointment at the ten match ban, then do nowt? It just gives the impression that one person at the club thinks one thing, then gets overruled, then confusion reigns. Just like last time. Laughable.

I will bet my candy ass and my money that the cup game is getting drawn and replayed the following week.

I suspect Ayres/Suarez/Rodgers all feel the same as they did initially but have recognized that an appeal would be futile given another partisan committee of appointees would be sitting in judgment essentially on their colleagues.

The mistake made was commenting early when still emotional. Ill advised but very human.

Well, was it? Did they not learn anything from last time? Both times they came out fighting and then bottled it. I didn't actually mind it (the initial reaction) this time but once you do that you really have to show some consistency from that point on, or apologise for being wrong. The subsequent media reaction turned in the club's favour and yet it performed a volte-face.

No. Better to keep your powder dry. Engage brain before opening gob and all that.

Given we are likely to have Luis on the roster for sometime to come the Club ought to be planning for just such an occasion in future...

We need to be handling stuff much better given the amount of practice we're getting.

I would imagine we've been told that a ban could lead to an increase in games aswell.
Why risk it, if thats the case? If not,we should have appealed like a motherfucker.

We've been through this over and over again - the FA was so far on the back foot there's never been a less likely occasion for them to make such a move, seeing as they already had so many influential critics of their original ruling. Wenger said the decision was too severe, so did Mancini, Redknapp said much the same, so did Pardew, so did Allardyce, so did Martinez, so did several more managers, so did countless journalists and pundits. There was NEVER a better time to challenge an under-fire FA that would have savaged for its arrogance, irrationality, inconsistency and cult of institutional secrecy if it had tried to punish the club for questioning its decision. When the knives were out for the FA, what did LFC do? It threw itself on them.

It seems like the club is all talk and no balls these days. If you're gonna spout fighting talk then you have to come out fighting. Skulking in the corner is only likely to make you more attractive to the bully. If you dont carry out on your fighting talk well then maybe you should have kept your mouth shut in the first place. Saves you a lot of grief later on.

TLDR: if you are going to injure someone in frustration, use a technique that is not alien to the game, like snapping their leg in two with your weaponized feet. Intent will be more difficult to determine. Also, keep your mouth shut and don't argue with us. Thanks for justifying our meaningless jobs, I'll go back to dribbling cum and dust out onto my au pair.

Can we move on now?

Like I said, if any player does anything similar they should just tell the ref straight away so they get sent off. Three games maximum. Laughing.

So to all the lawyers/solicitors/barristers or that type of cunt on here: Previous was NOT taken into consideration. He got 10 matches just for this offence.

You couldnt make it up. The FA said that the offence was worse because he was still on the pitch to score the equaliser. Fuck me!

Apparently the fact that the incident was trending at No 1 on twitter ( whatever the fuck that is), makes it an extra serious offence as well.

The FA also contended that Suarez bit Ivanovic in an attepmt to get him to retaliate so he would be sent off.

The Echo, or some other paper, if they have any sense, should commission a good lawyer to absolutely tear the FA report apart, laying bare just how insane an organisation it is, because I'm sure the majority of the population have no idea of what nonsense they stick on stilts to parade around their judgements.

brian talbot ( ex arse etc ) aside the other two fuckwits have no experience of professional football at all, their expertise is in womens football and running u11's , you really couldn't make it up. You reckon people like this should be running such a high profile commitee Ross.
