I cannot wait now. Forget this awful season. Off work for all of Englands' games, right through to the end should we get there. Probably have a big BBQ event for the final no matter who is playing.

And I can return to hating England in mid-July.
Yeah ive had to book a day off for that midweek game Wednesday the 23rd i think at 3pm?
Other than that im set. Oh and ive taken the first day off to get the whole opening ceremony and all that.

Should we keep an eye out for any of them Jan ?
Handanovic (Udinese keeper) is definitely the best player in the squad and the whole defense has been quite solid throughout the qualifications, conceding only 4 goals and then 2 against Russia.
I hope Krhin gets some sub appearances, he's supposedly highly rated at Inter and even got on as a sub for them a few times at the start of the season and has always looked bright when he came on for Slovenia.

Other than that, not really. Birsa has a very good left foot but goes missing in some games, Koren is the engine of the team and I think he had a good second half of the season with WBA so I hope he'll be on form. Novakovic is the main striker, he has always seemed clumsy and wasteful to me but he somehow manages to score regularly for club and country. And then there's a lot of shit and/or unknown players on that list.

No Ronnie or Pato for Brasil?

:-\

Not happy.

Really wanted to see this pair light up the world cup.

It's the least inspiring Brazil squad I can remember.

Any sign of the Argentina squad?

Suppose Maradona will just pick random names out of a hat anyway.
