Just Danns

Jayden is a Dannser
He can score from anywhere, mm

Lift your hands and voices
Shout his name, rejoice us
You can feel it in the air

Oh, he’s a finisher
Oh, you can see him score with flair
Oh, he’s a finisher
Oh, oh, oh, oh

There was a great song which fits his name brilliantly. It was by German Eurodance group Snap!, released in March 1992 by Arista and Logic as the second single from their second studio album, The Madman's Return (1992). It features vocals by American singer Thea Austin. The song is written by Benito Benites, John "Virgo" Garrett III (aliases for German producers Michael Münzing and Luca Anzilotti) and Austin, and produced by Benites and Garrett III. It was an international success, topping the charts in France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Germany, and the United Kingdom. The single also reached the top-five on the US Billboard Hot 100 and number one on the Billboard Dance Club Songs chart. It spent six weeks at the top of the UK Singles Chart, becoming the second biggest-selling single of 1992. Its music video was directed by Howard Greenhalgh and filmed in Florida, the US.

The only thing is I can't remember what it's called. Someone in here probably remembers it.

I just made a song for it, have a look above

After rewatching Danns goals for us, I noticed that two of the goals he scored were from rebounds.
So I looked at clips/compilations of other goals he's scored for the academy and it's clear to me that the boy has a strikers instinct. He's got that Inzaghi type knack for being at the right place at the right time. It's not luck, while other players are standing around flat footed he's actually ready for the ball to come to him. He's very active, works really hard in and around the box.
We could have a real gem coming through.

He shares alot of things with Nunez but one thing that separates him from Nunez is the ability to score.

It was a lovely dink- and interestingly, whilst he makes it look instinctive, it is actually evidence of someone who works on the craft of scoring goals. There's a great vid of his dad talking about him after that, saying they always chat after his games for the academy side about his attempts and his dad was encouraging him to dink the keeper more when in those sorts of situation. After he scored that goal he was straight onto his da about putting his da's words into practice.

I'd definitely keep Danns until the summer. He's had the same sort of back problems Gerrard had, and maybe Bajectic, and from the outside at least, it seems sensible to manage that internally until it's resolved. And I just think there's no better time for him to make an impact. We saw Clynes injuries gave Trent opportunities and allowed him to develop rapidly in a 18 month window. Given the need to wrap Jota in cotton wool and Nunez being Nunez then I suspect Danns will never have a better opportunity than the next six months time to make an impression.

The reality is we will likely aim to recruit a new top quality forward in the summer, which will block him regardless of how a loan goes.

With Danns we are still in that good spell when he's done very little wrong whatsoever and done more than anyone has expected. With more minutes the likelikhood is there will be parts of his game that aren't up to this level and we haven't seen that yet. It's nearly always the way, but I'd like is to keep testing him. A few goals here and there could be key especially if performances and results do not improve over the next month. There's some tough fixtures towards the end of the year in which you expect to be settled by one or two moments. I'd much rather they fell to Jota/Danns than Jota/Nunez.

This would be such a bad shout unless we are signing someone. We will need him, either in the PL or do share minutes in the cups. His development would be so much better with us in a title fight than up with those inbred cunts.
IF we do this without replacement, i do wonder what the point is. Danns could probably get consistent minutes for us if Slot gave him the fuckign chance

To be fair, the chance of us actually signing any player we aim for is pretty remote.
