it's one thing to 'get it' it's another to 'pay for it'. hopefully the yanks show real ambition in the summer and show the rest of the league we mean business.

This. Quiet and dignified but also determined, referring to the club as "we" right from the beginning, referring to "pass and move" without any prompting from the interviewer. It's still early days (as the man himself indicates in the interview), but they're looking good.
