That's the news according to Twitter.

Chose Lille over QPR due to Champions league football.

1 year loan deal.
 
Thank fuck for that. Let's get it done before they look at his highlights from the last two years.

I don't want to know what we had to pay to get shut, so don't tell me.

It's a loan deal mate? So we've not exactly got shot of him.

We're probably still paying £50k a week to the fucker whilst he fucks about in France.
 
Yeah we will either still be paying a chunk of his wages or we won't be wishing to pay off the next THREE YEARS of his contract (which I doubt Lille really fancy matching), which is why this is a loan deal.

Or, sadly, both of those things.

Egg Nog's been sold to Bolton, its confirmed on Boltons site appaz, we sorta don't do ours until later
 
Three years left on his current contract... Hopefully he impresses enough to persuade someone to take him on a permanent basis.

If we can get Cole and N'gog off the wage bill(well sort of in Cole's case, loan deal) that would be superb.

We'll not have done too badly at all in terms of getting rid of the deadwood. It was looking quite worrying at one stage.

Good, I don't want us to be selling to our rivals, especially Spurs. Although if we'd managed to flog Cole to them, I think we would have been the only winners

I'm not desperate to get rid of Ngog really.

If we are getting someone else instead and need the money then yeah we can lose him but if its a case of him or noone then I don't see what's wrong with keeping him. He can't be on the huge wages some are on and he's not that bad.
 
He's just another Kewell really, but worse.

Arrived here for cheap, on high wages, with a reputation which he no fitted, and has had constant injury troubles.

The sooner we get shot of Joe Cole the better.

Agreed.
 
He's worse than Kewell.

Kewell was still quite young and was highly regarded. We only got him cheap because of his slightly dodgy agent and some typically silly contract at Leeds.

We probably should have known better with Cole, who had a string of injuries and had had his day really.
