We could certainly do with another striker but not sure if the ideal candidates will be available in Jan. Some form of reinforcement along the flanks will be great. Be it at LB or either wings.
If we can get Cole fit and playing in the hole, then Raul + Gerrard in central midfield will give us more goal threat compared to the likes of Lucas and dare I say, Ngog.

KHL, that is just outrightly insane.

No it's not? It's a brilliant suggestion actually.
Young, Premiership-proven striker that's more than capable of playing in both a 4-4-2 or 4-3-3 formation.
He's struggling for games with Chamakh starting brightly and Van Persie coming back from injury.
He's an airhead but he believes he's the best and he's got a lot of the right abilities to be one of them over time. Him and Torres (and Hazard) has got the potential to be one of the best strike-forces around.
Off the top of my head, 15 million would get you Lavezzi. In fact, 15 million would get you about a dozen players better than Bendtner. But let's not get into that.

Cheeky £15M bid for Bendtner would be nice.

Cheeky 15 million? I hope that is a tongue in cheek comment.
Even if it was, considering how the whole forum is fed up with your Danish bias, i think you should put a lid on it and not try to fan it further with cheeky comments like that.

Although having only watched Lavezzi a few times he could be an interesting bet. But nonetheless a bet.
Especially in the January-window we'd be better off buying someone who knows the game.
Even better perhaps LOAN Bendtner.
Personally I wouldn't mind either of Jerome or Rodallega either. Elmander perhaps?
It's not okay. In fact, any more of this Bendtner for Liverpool nonsense and I'm going change every fucking instance of the word "Bendtner" to " a really shite pink football boot wearing Danish bellend with an over inflated view of his true ability". That'll make this post look a bit odd though

I wouldn't mind if we renewed our pursuit of Toivonen actually either. In any event, I think a left winger and a defensive midfielder should be priorities before a striker.

Uh oh? The whole forum?
Since when have you become spokesman on behalf on everyone else on here by the way?
I think we will have money in this transfer window and the summer window.
Even Mike Ashley, was able to sponsor two good transfer windows, so i'm going to assume we have money, I think that is reasonable considering how we had two transfer windows recently where we had a +ve net spend and that NESV just got one of the best bargains in asset acquisition in the last year. I really don't see why they would be averse to pumping in another 30 to 40 million pounds in to the squad as it really does serve their interest.

I'm biting
You are making of fool of me for suggesting a proven Premiership goal-scorer and then you go on to suggest a rather unproven striker from the Dutch League in Toivonen.
How many times have you watched him play? How many goals has he scored against good opposition? How many games has he even played against teams better than Venlo, Heracles and Roda?
Not saying Ola will never make it I'm just quiffing of course.

Bendtner's a fucking cunt.

You come across as a cunt too now and then but that doesn't mean you're not a good poster.
