Just checked youtube, and first report of this appeared 2 weeks ago. The video insinuates Partey's GF is doing all of this because he would not marry her

Screenshots absolutely do count as evidence, if you can substantiate them. No idea who this woman is or the validity of her claims, but it wouldn't be very difficult for any police officer or even a decent journalist to verify a phone number.

If it is true then it's likely she is doing this because the prosecution service has declined to take the case any further. You'd be really stupid to release those messages if you wanted to secure a conviction against somebody.

Yes phone messages ARE evidence, and almost impossible to fake.

She says the police refused to prosecute because it happened overseas, and I assume the Ibiza police can't be bothered to go after some guy in London.

The tweets do seen a bit twisted and no doubt he did it if they are genuine.

However the timing of her going to the police comes across like a woman scorned.

Seems to me she's done it out of spite after he got married to someone else, and she was 'the other woman' all along. And if she was still the other woman, she'd never have gone to the police.
